Current Opportunities:

Lead Educator

• Hourly Rate: $36.00 – $38.00

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Mentor and guide fellow educators, fostering a collaborative team.
• Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and families.
• Ensure compliance, meticulous documentation, and curriculum planning align with the EYLF.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to uphold exceptional quality standards.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
• Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).

Diploma Qualified Educators

• Hourly Rate: $31.00 – $35.00

Responsibilities:

• Craft safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs and daily routines.
• Collaborate effectively with your team to support the unique developmental journey of every child.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Current approved First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Full working rights - there are no sponsorship opportunities for this role
